My Anchor - Poem by Sarah HudsonPierce

Just knowing
That I have
You as an
Anchor-
A support system-
Has given me
Strength
To cope-
To remain strong
Within my own
Community
As you know
My secret self-
And shield
It from
Prying eyes!
