My Best Friend 2 - Poem by Michael P. McParland

My best friend is all that's
good, beautiful, and right
within this world.
She makes it brighter
making the beauty on this earth
so much bolder and alive
in all the loving care she radiates and gives.
She is my northern star that
guides me through when the days are dark
and I need help down the path.
My best friend is so truly great
and I love her more than anything.

My best friend is all
I could ever hope for and dream of
in this world where true love
is so rarely found and shared.
Our souls touched and spoke
right from the very start.
It's like we knew each other since the start of time.
She is my soul mate and beautiful,
loving, kind best friend.
My Angel and my hero to no end.

My best friend truly is a diamond in the rough,
a rare treasure that is unique
because she's never fake and remains true to herself.
A heart and soul so truly kind and loving standing bold,
my best friend is my true Queen and
I'm so very proud of her.
I send hugs and kisses to no end to give her comfort
in my everlasting and undying love.
My best friend Kira truly is so grand.

I truly am a very lucky to be in love
with my true best friend and have hers in return.
A true love that only me and her will ever understand
fighting for each other through all time
with pure support hand in hand.
Kira is my best friend and she is my everything,
I love that woman to my core with all I am
and I will always stick by her and give
of myself complete and full.
She truly is my Angel and my only one.
