My Cirlces Of Awareness (Rhyme & Reason) ~ - Poem by Theodora (Theo) Onken

My life altered dramatically from baby blue, deep red, to pure white- -
.......Over eons of a 'roller coaster' of time~
And with each and every 'enlightening decade' or era-
......I found new realities that made for perfect rhyme.

~*~

In the penning of each rhyme for that special time- -
......I had to have an iron clad reason~
............For in the circles i have traveled~~~
I have truly embraced - each as a brand new season.

~*~

Over the many rolling tumble weeds of the prairies- -
Along with my human(heart) journeys and the oft' trail of tears~
Going from Cherry Blossoms of Spring to the sienna leaves of-
...........................Autumn............ ................
To the complete silence of the snow throughout my years.

~*~

For, indeed, in these, my very own circles- -
I have traveled my seasons over a 'wonder-filled time~
I truly embraced the many changing seasons and colors-
That, indeed, have produced - a season for my every rhyme.

~*~

'I give you the end of a golden string
Only wind it into a ball
It will lead you in at 'Heavens Gate'
Built in Jerusalems Wall'- - William Blake

You should be singing a somber lonely song here given the passage of seasons and the passage of years but you find the glory in a tumbling tumbleweed
Going from Cherry Blossoms of Spring to the sienna leaves of-
    ...........................Autumn............................
To the complete silence of the snow throughout my years.- - - -A Thoroughly Theo Write....10++++++++++++++
