My daughter Sheetal Mehta-Happy birthday

my daughter
so dear
and near,
in my heart forever
So far
but so near
her smiling face
keeps me in long life's race
Parents want their children
to grow faster even
share their concern
and learn with experience
The days have flown
in the direction
like river water
much to our surprise here
'Papa, papa ' her sweets voice rings in the ears
I suddenly wake up from sleep and hear
children should never go away
but if so, should always stay in memory
'Long live, my dear daughter'
I always seek happiness for you in prayer
13 years is a long period but, I always see you in my dreams
and send good wishes through sun's beam
