My Dog Took Me For A Walk Today
My dog took me for a walk today
as he usually does
he knows the way
People assume that I take him out
That's not the case
he leads me about
You see if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't go
I'd just stay in
laying low
So it's a good job he does, he lets me loose
I'm sure if he didn't
I'd be a recluse
The truth at last! Dogs are taking humans for a walk.They treat us when we are blue.Great poem!

Love that. It's so true. A dog forces you to get up and move...especially a young one. I have one right here by my feet and he doesn't want to go anywhere. The puppy? Another story.
