My Dream Last Night (Episode 1) Poem by Zotena Moses

My Dream Last Night (Episode 1)

Rating: 5.0

Last night I had a dream
If it were a dream I don't no
But in my dream I died
A shadow murdered my pride, my dignity, my strength, my courage
Never will I be born again

Like a friendly ghost
He sneaked into the room
My light became dark
I thought I saw a shadow standing by the door
But no shadow I could fear in my room
No strange blood was in the house

Then I awoke to pains, to tears, to struggles, to threats & to my death
No longer was I dreaming
My Dream dreamt me
With a stony hand
My mouth was gummed
And his shameless waist killed me
My soul is murdered and my spirit is quiet
Never will I be born again.

Thank you all for reaching out. Truly pathetic. This is what happens to so many people out there on a daily basis.

And his shameless waist killed me My soul is murdered and my spirit is quiet Never will I be born again.........pathetically said- the voice of a girl where the beastly love plays a game of death with the self-esteem of a woman
