'A GAME OF RAPE'
Last night we went to Aunty's house
Then I had a dream
I played a game with a familiar beast
He said to me:
Let's play an interesting game
A game of pleasure
A game I play with smart kids like you.
But this game's was strange to me
But this game was painful
And the blood was shameful.
Beatrice, tell no one
Tomorrow the game will be easy, slow and painless
My tears gave him joy
My screams gave him satisfaction
my body quench his taste
but my pains destroyed me
Mummy it's weekend
I don't wanna go to Aunty's house
Uncle Scare's me with his game
But Mummy said 'you will get use to it'
Here is another game with my familiar beast.

You raised a sensitive and painful issue. Heart breaking to read this poem. There are monsters lurking in the form of close relatives. Wish mothers take extra care not send their daughters to their homes and wish they learn to read the psychology of a child's behaviour. Well penned pain.
