My Heart (Mary Elizabeth Crumpton) Poem by THEODORE MOSLEY

My Heart (Mary Elizabeth Crumpton)

Her wisdom was unmatched when she spoke with words of humility.

She adorned life with a love that only heaven can bestow upon you.

In her hands were life changing touches that tears embraced with smiles.

The strength of her weakness became her foundation of unmovable love.

Secured in her stand for CHRIST she bestowed her life for others to witness.

Flowing with grace she persevered the distant shores of life with movements as a Queen.

As a wife her crown of standard was epitomized with her love that helped shaped his living.

Her offspring were the embodiment of her life; she poured her soul beyond time of her time with each breath of her life.

With emotions of sacred love she encountered obstacles of pain only to stand still.

The cornerstone of her life became the cornerstone of her living.

Her dignity of her blackness soared with the rising sun.

No longer bound, like the Phoenix she ascended to heaven with a voice of triumph.

She encamped our life with honors of pride, morals, dignity, unselfishness of love and beauty that only heaven can surpass.

Grandmomma's hands told the story of life without words being spoken.

Her spirit whispers to our hearts; my heart Mary Elizabeth Crumpton is the epitome of creation dignified from earth to glory.
