My heart sings a song
When I see you in the morn
And like birds the thoughts
Fly away not ever to return

Thoughts pen songs of love
Upon the canvass of the sky
When I see you in the morn
A stream near me passes by

I touch the stream and feel
The coolness of your smile
I can smell the fragrance of
Your raw youth from a mile
