My Hope Of Glory

My hope of glory is in Jesus Christ
I enjoy His so great Salvation
I awake with His presence in my life
My first prayer to Him is one of thanksgiving
Forgiveness leaves a gracious trail of grace
His mercy is from everlasting to everlasting
Only a sinner saved by grace
Can offer back such praises that he basks in

So great Salvation
My hope of glory is in Jesus Christ
I never ever tire of saying His name
For for my sin He became sins Sacrifice
Heaven in a man can you imagine it
But that's what happens when you are born again
The Holy Spirit comes to indwell every repentant believer
And stays until he's transported to Gloryland!

What a burden is laid on the heart of each believer
Our hope of glory is found in Jesus Christ
For saving faith is when we fully trust Him
Now we have something to live for and reason for sacrifice
We know the gospel has soul saving power
Lord give us a desire in our heart's to serve You
Help us to stay focused on the Lord Jesus Christ
And especially...to keep eternity in view!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
