My Left Pocket - Poem by Heather Z. Hanna
My left pocket holds the penny,
Found where lying only I could see it.
Knowing it's a message sent to my Heart,
A reminder of your Spirit.
I smile to feel it's presence in my pocket,
Rubbed by my finger and thumb.
A memory, a message, a reminder of you.
