My Liquid Heart Poem by Michelle Asswit

My Liquid Heart

Solidify my liquid heart
It was tangible but now it's torn apart
To a bunch of floating particles
That float around in your hands
Put it in your ice box
The one I call your soul
Make it concrete
Make it complete
Make it whole
