My Mistress Poem by Deluke Muwanigwa

My Mistress

Rating: 4.0

She can give me stress
Doesn't give me straight
My budget she will stretch
To a great extent
I might have to axe
Make her my Ex

She can be strange
She can have a rage
Over a page
At any stage
I might make a change
Make her estranged

She can be nice
Prepares rice
Drinks with ice
Loves my eyes
She only cries
Listening to lies.

She can be fine
Says she's mine
I know she's lying
I know sometime
I wait in line
To get her time

In distress
Wears her best dress
So to impress
Under duress
Hoping for a caress
I couldn't care less.

My temptress mistress
Can be nice
Can be fine
Can be strange
In distress
Can give me stress
She can be strange

This is more silly humor than serious verse. I take it for what it is, lines bending towards the ridiculous.
