The flickering lamp
And a limited zone around it
Sets my peripheries.
I'm at the mercy
Of the uncertain winds
And flow of unknown-
Yet finite amounts of energy.
Darkness exists
Beyond the reach of these rays.
It shall always be there-
Nothing ever shall push away
The same completely.
I'm handicapped.
All my senses are powerless
As those fail to reach
The time and space, where
I were there for certain.
Even more feeble become
All my comprehensions
And intelligible
At two points of life.
My queries rebound.
Everywhere I see a wall.
An obscure and steely darkness
Pervades around my existence.
