I see you in my visions
I see you in my dreams
Your face as clear as daylight
But your name unknown to me
I wonder if you see me too
In your dreams, when you sleep at night
And do you also want to know
The name that belongs to that face
Two soulmates searching, wondering
If the other one does exist
Or is it just a figment of our imagination
A glimmer of hope, on which we insist
The day will come, when we meet face-to-face
And we won't even have to introduce ourselves
Because we've known each other for an eternity
And it only took twice as long, to find our other halves

An insightful depiction of instinctive liking and mutual affinity of soulmates are aptly captured in the poem. Beautiful piece of poetry well articulated and nicely penned with conviction. Thanks for sharing.
