Asked of me an intriguing question
....Inquiring...what.....I'd have to say
Unhesitant my answer was
San Francisco categorically

....Vallejo....my second choice
By far I've seen them all.....
"Which...is the most beautiful Bay Area city"
....'Twas....the question...as I recall

Responding to the challenge...prompted
......A notion...often thought....about
The rolling hills the scenic views
....Topographical lust....throughout

Mount Tam.....whose soul...I am
.....Spiritually bound......forever to
Across San Pablo Bay every single day
...The "Sleeping Lady"....'tis my view

From dawn of light throughout the night
The "Hill's"........long been my home
....Vallejo remains....my favorite city
Of all the places that I've known

And thus my treasured second choice
.....By far....I've seen.......'em all
"Which....is the most beautiful Bay Area city"
