Catching fire,
Radiant with the glow,
How to take to,
Take to and describe?

Bliss-giving Goddess
The peak named as thus,
The protector-goddess of Uttarakhand,
The circle of high mountains
Surrounding it,
Nanda, Sunanda
In Kumaon-Grahwal
With the villages
Scattered and littered over
By the lower ranges.
