Natural Places Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Natural Places

Natural places

I feel sorry
When people talk of memory
What sort of memory you want to reveal?
For people to remember and feel!

It is something absurd
With no suitable words
It was your feeling
And part of social animal being

It was time that went away
And try not to stay
Everyone progresses
And fortunately sees

Good days are kept in mind
And love to find
Same for your children
This is lovely heaven

The world changes fast
You may not witness good things to last
The forests and natural places are losing shine
They are slowly dying

So you keep in store
And adore
Whatever is left behind?
For eyes to please and find
