Nature Poem by ANN MARY

Nature

Rating: 5.0

Its a rainy morning and I set out on a journey
through the path cut out off nature's bossom
the landscape was so beautiful like a portrait
dipped in vivid colours and wetted by gentle rain
Its pure morning bliss, a feast to eyes
Oh Nature! How pristine you are?

Light showers that wets the greenery
fills in my heart too like a melody
made out of the perfect pitch.
Foggy mountain in the backdrop stands
as epitome of pride and glory.
Oh Monsoon, My love! How divine you are?

Like a child my heart is contemplating
the majestic beauty of mother nature!
Like a lustful lady she deceives the spectator
I am lost in her ravishing beauty
I closed my eyes for a while and -
felt the tenderness and gentleness of her!
