Nature's Instinct Poem by Constance Williams

Nature's Instinct

Rating: 2.5

A flower needs no instruction on how to bloom. It knows instinctively and intuitively.

Birds need no instruction on how to fly. They direct themselves naturally.

The sun isn't told when to rise and set. It rises in the East and sets in the West without fail.

Water always knows in what direction to flow and when trapped knows how to go around obstructions.

To defy nature is to go against one's self. Bloom instinctively, fly without direction, rise naturally and flow around obstructions.

Beautiful piece of poetry, well articulated and insightfully penned with conviction. Indeed to defy nature is to go against one's self. A lovely poem indeed. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
