Natures Calendar June 2016 Poem by Alison Gaff

Natures Calendar June 2016

Now as May does fade away
June comes in all blooms and flowers
Will the weather be kind and warm
Or will it rain for hours

With longer days and lighter nights
Where nature does abound
Especially little mini beasts
So check out the grasses and the ground

The months been like a roller-coaster
Barely two days been the same
With wet days, dry days, hot and cold
Is climate change to blame

So it sure has been a funny month
With the country split in two
If you were up in the North its fine
In the South, you'll probably get wet through

So will next month be more settled
Or all mixed up again
So lets just hope that it may be
With more sunshine and less rain
