Nature's Presence Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

Nature's Presence

You shall never leave me,
Each day you're there before me,
Nature my old friend,
Your beauty never ends.
Fine colours through the seasons,
You are my special reason,
To live each waking hour,
Through sunshine rain and showers.
The mountains smile upon me,
Wild flowers I adore thee,
You've brightened up my world,
Ever since i was a girl.
Picking special flowers,
Playing in the woods for hours
Where bluebells grew so fine,
Where i'd lose track of time.
Birds sing in the treetops,
You're everything that i want,
To bring on endless smiles,
Your beauty spans for miles.
