Sometimes you want to
live like a hermit
then you get lonely
start looking for someone
to rescue you
you cannot have it both ways
you have got to have one
or the other
life is complex
and sometimes its so hard to understand
but one thing always stands to reason
we cannot live without love
we are all human beings
needing someone
needing someone to kiss
needing someone to hug
in the world
it is foolish to think
that we can live totally alone
because it is the nature
of man to need
and be needed
this is a reality
that we cannot escape!
