Needing No Explanation Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

When people awaken to feel,
Something they have done to do...
Continuing to be repetitive.
No longer satisfies.
Or supplies a benefit,
Identified returned.
The change to make is decisive.
And quicker than an eye to open wide.
Knowing 'why' better than anyone else,
Enough to have had has ended...
A serving of its purpose.
With a reason needing no explanation.
To leave whatever it is left behind.
Moving on from it to find,
That which provides for them peace of mind.
And today,
More seem to be discovering...
This done to do and choose,
Is not a phenomenon performed by a magician!
