garlic cloves
mustard seed
rosemary
coconut oil
coconut milk

overnight the chops
cast iron baked em on 300
make sure garlic is mushed and then filled into the chops when poked and beaten

reason for the cast iron is to get that crust all around on the chops so place near the edges
wild boar chops
cook the coconut rice 15 minutes before chops are done
boil the Chayote or steam preferably
slice then chop evenly thinly
place on the rice artfully or to the side
pull the chop out and place in the tray
i buy the no compartment trays
medium size
buy the Naan or Mexican Bread to add to the sides
and im going to end up doing my own granola mini bar
i gotta get a plastic sealer

measure out my baking sheet
lined with wax paper

cut into four inches by two inches
wrapped em
tie the ribbon on both ends
