R-ainy night disappears,
Y-our heart feels so glad;
A-nother light is shining,
N-ew dawn makes dusk mad.
D-ark shadows fade away,
E-arly morn has broken;
L-et the beacon burn bright,
L-et the sun rise in the open.
O-ctober seventeenth morn
V-iews in the sky above are clouds in white that move;
A-llow your eyes to see the wide lanes that improve.
V-ile weather has turned
I-nto warm and better day;
A-fter the cold chill is gone,
N-ight shadows fade
A-way.
