The night enfolds me in her soft embrace,
Giving me a sense of freedom and security.
Even as I'm uncomfortable with the unknown,
night is the only place to find the answers.
The demons reveal themselves in the silence,
and the darkness brings revelation.
But understanding is ripped away,
with the coming of dawn
