Nighttime Quietness Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Nighttime Quietness

Sitting all alone in an empty restaurant, watching cars travel by, listening to a CD of JoDee Messina and enduring the peace of nighttime
quietness.
Feeling an unsavory dimension lurking outside in darkened corners of the parking lot.
