As gentle as a newborn lamb,
Refreshing like the summer rain,
Life is there before our eyes,
Nature heals the dents of pain.
A baby holds it's mother dear,
A life with many years to go,
The young don't ever feel no fear.
They play,
They laugh,
They quickly grow,
To face a world,
In uncertain times,
For many mountains they will climb.
Nature is my greatest friend,
It asks for nothing,
It doesn't depend,
It's kindness with me to the end,
It's there,
With me each day.
And in the summer sun I sit,
Taking in the views so fine,
No better place I share with it,
Than this my land so fine.
