No Return Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

No Return

No return

Listen to birds
In early morning with each word
When they sing in air
With melodious spell and look so fair

We can make out
What do they think about?
Our treachery
To nature and feel sorry

Why do you destroy our nests?
Why do you destroy hideouts?
He voices become so deep
We certainly fail to keep their sentiments

No one is spared from out unkind attitude
People talk of different tune
The small birds have flown
And permanently gone

I find not even one
Nothing is heard on
Some isolator pairs may turn
But no possibility of their return

No Return
