Nonthreatening Demeanor Poem by D.N. Rebb

Nonthreatening Demeanor

Rating: 5.0

Go forth, in a nonthreatening demeanor
With balance of breath as the only mindset
Afar, the world appears to be yet greener
This journey you will not easily forget
Go forth, let gentle wind be sole companion
Trust the river to be your mystical guide
All structure from here on must be abandoned
Purpose alone, Mother Nature will provide

Go forth, make friends with those that speak unknown tongue
Hunters who pray thanks for the life of their game
Then spiritualize them in symbolic song
They chant, eat or be eaten, without graced shame
These true residents consider themselves guests
As man's selfishness has punished their earth
No rebate for what little beauty is left
In a nonthreatening demeanor, go forth
