Not Above Criticism Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Time has proved once again
That certainly gives pain
Rattles the mind
When we find

Some lacunas are left
With clear shift
In thinking by higher echelon
That has surely flown

The arguments in favor and against
But for whose interest
It has to be in ruling party’s favor
For adding one more feather

Why politician should have say
In appointment of judicial way
They are supposed to be impartial
And holder of the spirit of constitutional

With government’s interference
For the appointment of Chief Justice
And other judges
We shall surely be misjudged

But judges are not above criticism
They have uphold many cases of humanism
But many are caught too for deciding in favor
Judges perform on thin blade of razor
