Not Impatient Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Not Impatient

Rating: 5.0

Neither I am tired
Nor fully exhausted
It is right path I face
But hard in any case

I am not impatient
Yet sometimes work with mind absent
It is my nature
It goes in vacuum for sure

There is internal conflict
That infuriates me with act
I quarrel with everybody
This makes me unpopular and nobody

No, no I am not unreasonable
Fully alive and capable
I shall have courage to turn
Table and successful return

Some people are called idiot
As they do less work and talk a lot
Yet they have snake’s charm
Visualize the danger but do no harm

They fight circumstances
For availing beautiful chances
It they succeed then there is feather
In their cap to show it to others

It is relentless struggle
With life and troubles
Nothing works in unfavorable situation
But requires effort with continuation

I find my place among poor
Down trodden who sometimes find no floor
To sleep or live with children
This makes me to think oddly even
