Nothing Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

Nothing

The man dreamt about the mysterious pot in the remote area
Full of rich treasure,
His greedy eyes sparkled
And he ran towards it,
Thinking that he could get every valuable thing in it.
When the man reached that region and found the pot,
He jumped in an ecstasy,
Out of curiosity he opened the lid of the strange pot at once,
But found nothing in it,
It was absolutely empty,
Being angry and dejected he broke the pot soon,
Immediately the frustrated man heard the rough voice of the dark shadow from the gloomy sky,
"Always remember that you can find nothing in the earthly pot,
It's grossly blank and empty,
That's the greatest truth of it."
