Nothing Last's Forever. Poem by anju addanki

Nothing Last's Forever.

Child crying on Mother's grave,
Placing her favourite rose red,
I Love You did he engrave,
Digesting the fact mother is dead.

My rockstar Bro,
You promised me to be with me,
In the sky you now glow,
And set yourself free.

Now I Loved my only friend,
With a helping hand to lend,
Let me be only heart you mend,
Unfulfiled the promise to be till end.

Nothing lasts forever,
Friendship, life and love,
Dreamt that they would be mine what so ever,
But all that reserved for God above.
