Now Is A Silence Poem by Della Perry

Now Is A Silence

Rating: 5.0

Now, is a silence,
A splendid peacefulness,
An uncertainess that grew,
A frenzied purpose is
replaced with calm solitude.
It is a grasping grief,
A guilty relief.

Now, is a silence,
An unknowing,
A future un-showing,
A new purpose to life
Needing to be nurtured.
It is a hidden sadness,
A quiet madness.

Now, now is a silence...

When silence is coupled with solitude we pave the future with a new outlook, yet shaking the past is a thing that takes time, good poetry my friend, I enjoyed reading.10
