Ocean Poem by Niranjana Sivam

Ocean

Rating: 5.0

Tinges and shades of

Bright and dull

I was blue.

Obscure the very core, hidden I kept a dark conundrum.

Deluded no man shall ever dive this deep.

Benevolent the clock ran,

Until one day-

Warm and red, around me they swarmed.

How foolish'

they were now incessant guests,

Slowly melted my blue

I became crimson.

The red invaded and I lost to them,

surrendered all enigmas.

Promptly they left.

I faded, imponderable
