Ode To A Day At The Lake - Poem by Nancy Chambers

Late to wake up
Wear no make-up
Cool breezes
Do as one pleases
On a whim
Go for a swim
Walk on the beaches
Yum! eat fresh peaches
Watch the sun set
All cares forget
As shadows creep
Time to sleep deep
