To the stars of Earth;
Before whom
Quickens my breath
Eclipses my worth
Think of heaven
Where beauty is born
The little souls
Fresh with Sun and Moon
Everywhere you twinkle
Be it on hill or plain
In lonely dells
Amid crowded places
Or around the homes of all
You are spring
Joy and gladness you bring
When life sickens
Upon sorrow and pain it leans
And at your very sight life smiles
Beds and jars
Pots and vases
Cottages and mansions
All you grace
With credulous affection
Be it king or pauper
Indeed to all, you are a star
The humming of bees
And the gliding of butterflies
Are they possible
Without you my dear
Graves will remain graves
And the dead dead
If you don’t adore them
With your beauty and gracefulness
Indeed since ages
For all time through good and bad
You are the truest friends of human race…………..

I love this. So beautifully written. I don't think enough people stop to look and find the beauty and gracefulness that can be found in just a single flower. Lovely poem.
