Ode To The Canadiens Poem by Richard Wlodarski

Ode To The Canadiens

Rating: 4.0

Thunder and lightening
Montreal preparing
For day of reckoning
Ending The Leafs suffering
Lightening striking first
Making it cause for worst
Tears will soon burst
True fans at their worst
The team from the cold
Are about to fold
The team from the hot south
Kicking them in the mouth
The best team not eating their Shreddies today
Joining the other team from the land of the cold
Retiring them to play golf in the land of the gold
Leaving them Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay

I'm a die-hard Maple Leafs fan! But I believe in giving credit where it's due.
