Ode To The Doorknob Poem by Sophie Allyah

Ode To The Doorknob

Rating: 5.0

An unspoken with mistreatment
Abused in time without any appreciation
Antiquated, outmoded, démodé.

The deciding factor to everything
To success and to failure
Commencing through the twist
Before revealing the passage
Of what's on the other side
You must rotate the revolving knob
For the future to enter

It is not the door that matters, really
It's always the door knob
Whether you need a key or not

The main agent in the body part of a barrier
Shines like a coin from the bank
Reflecting the devil in presence
Gazed in eager with doubts to hold
With one twist to heaven or to hell

Made in different semblance
Designs in silver, gold, and metal
Painted or without
Unsoiled,

Rusting.

5 Stars for this WOW Poem. Enjoyed very very much, keenly out thought and presented full of many many doorknobs. The graphic is loveiest! The choice of words too.It is not the door that matters, really It's always the door Whether you need a key or not
