Ode To The Longhaired Goddess Poem by Yiyan Han

Ode To The Longhaired Goddess

Rating: 3.5

O Goddess, your long hair, waving
In the wind, fragrant after shower
The truly men follow you towards afar

O Goddess, your long hair, crying
Stop the fascism and free the people
The warm blooded march forward

O Goddess, your long hair, shining
Soft as water yet strong as steel
For you, brave soldiers bare their chest

O Goddess, my Goddess
Your long hair, the longing of love
Warms the cold-hearted

A powerful and thought provoking poem. I go with the thoughts of the Poet. Fascism and communism are threats to freedom. People must be freed from such bondage. A well crafted write.
