Often I Wonder - Poem by Joyce Hemsley
I vaguely recall an Act of Parliament:
Limitation Act ~ nineteen eighty,
regarding long-standing debt...
debt which could be officially barred
for people in an unfortunate situation.
Whether or not this is still in vogue
is a matter for contemplation...I must
admit I am only an amateur but an
enquiring mind is part of my character.
