Oh Dear God I've Written Some Right Old Crap
Oh dear God I've written some right old crap,
Poems of good intentions that end up a sad mess.
But if just one hits that elusive magical mark,
Then I would achieve some small idiom of success.
The road to hell is paved with good intentions,
My poems, poetry I guess also and alas inclined.
But I shall just keep on thinking and writing,
And readers might discover a good poem to find.
A fire needs only a spark and your intentions are quite good. Great admirations to give others opportunity to create something new.
