What a luscious smile is yours!
That roused my heart
felt flat for so long
and roved over the hills for comfort.

What a superb gaze is yours!
That reduced me to a stalemate,
disarmed my flowing tongue
and sank me into delight.

What a bewitching glance is yours!
That sent thrills into me,
cast me into a world of dreams
and sprinkled drops of whoop over me.

I want your floods of affection though
to sweep over me,
I can’t see your family life be staved in
by my flabby will and treacly storm of desire.

Oh, my charismatic charmer!
Be resilient to recover from the trance.
Commune with me to share your feelings
but permit not even to our thoughts
a passionate embrace.
