The poets all over the world
feel proud to see the soldier,
Zhenya Perepelitsa, recited a verse
which at once touched the human hearts,
and pray to God to give birth to thoughts,
In the minds of the rulers of nations
for ceasing wars and taking care
for the uplift of the poor and the weak.
Standing in a snow-laden field,
wearing military fatigue, holding a gun,
he sang a Persian song and that line,
' Who will tell you the news of my death? '
will reverberate for ever till this world breathes!
Without taking guns, wielding swords,
slinging bombs or sheding blood
we write some lines about wars.
We will forget what we write,
once the war is over but the world
won't forget who you are and what you are!
A great tribute to a soldier... appreciated this timely composition...top score.
