Okla. Shelter (Tetractys) Poem by Leonard Dabydeen

Okla. Shelter (Tetractys)

Wind
raging
in stupor
furious force
not a roof remained standing inside Moore.

Out of this rubble our faith to rebuild
roof overhead
new shelter
standing
tall.
