Strenuous schedule
Overwhelming every day
Toning up muscles
Ambition set upon the games.

Selected to represent your country
Aspiration, desire, achievement
Making parents proud
Winning Olympic medal.

Standing on podium
Medal presented
Gold, silver or bronze
Weeping as country's flag is raised.

Hero of the games
Role model for world's children
Name inscribed in sporting glory
You made your country proud.
