On My Resurrection Day

On my Resurrection day
My soul became alive
All the things I believed before
I found out they were lies
When the truth hit home to me
It broke this sinner's heart
Now I'm praising Jesus name
For my brand new start

Now Heaven has a helper
It's found a friend in me
For I have met the Friend of sinner's
Who loves so passionately
Who gave Himself at Calvary
And shed His precious blood
And wrought Salvation through His Word
And made it understood

Now I'm on a mission
I have a story to tell
Of a great Deliverer
Who can deliver your soul from Hell
And make you fit for Heaven
There's nothing that can top that
Check it out...it's all in the Bible
That's where the action is truly at!
