Alone in mild light
i wander
on the shores of life.
i am alone but not alone.
The Eternal watches me
in indescribable love.
i am waiting on these shores.
One day the Eternal will come
to take me to Him.
Then my life will be fulfilled.
('i' is not written in Capital to show humility and the lack of Ego)
A figure of speech in which apparently contradictory terms appear in conjunction is the defintion of Oxymoron which I did not find in this poem. This poem describes a spirit named Eternal which gives guidance and deliverance. Then comes the culmination of the eternal and the transiency of life on Earth. Feeling spiritually inspired to the Eternal we graduate from the lessons of life to the bosom of Abraham in a less tedious existence called Paradise.
LIfe - then a new Life. there is no repentance in your poems. just guessing.
Death is the beginning of a new life.. a new journey towards God for which we wait life long.. great write!
